Fields of Application and Amendment of the Terms of Use
These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the website www.moulindecortina.com / shop

The Terms are apply  in effect at the date of confirmation of the order.
Article 2:
Product Availability
Our product offering and prices are valid until they are visible on the site.

Article 3:
Order validation and electronic signature (Act of 13 March 2000 on electronic signature)
Any order signed by the consumer "double click" constitutes an irrevocable acceptance which can be challenged only within the limits provided in these Terms of Use.

The "double click" associated with the authentication and non repudiation and integrity protection of messages is an electronic signature. This electronic signature has value between the parties as well as a handwritten signature.


Article 4:
Terms of Payment
The terms of this section does not apply to the sale of travel, private sales that can be settled only by credit card for cash.

You can make the payment:

by check:
Your order is reserved for 7 days. Beyond this period, without receiving your check, the order will be canceled. The order will be processed upon receipt of your check and after validation.

PayPal:
To use this payment, you must have an account with the PayPal company. When paying by PayPal, then the terms of use Paypal apply.


Article 5:
Shipping and handling
All the announced deadlines are calculated in working days. The delivery date is calculated by taking into account the time of preparation and shipment to which is added to the delivery of the carrier (the Post / Point Kiala / TNT / Carrier).

The products are delivered to the shipping address you provided during the ordering process, or the withdrawal or relay point indicated.

Delivery in Corsica:
For the products concerned, withdrawal is possible in the workshop.

Article 6:
Force Majeure - in case of absolute necesity -
 L'Atelier du Moulin can not be held liable for breach of contract, due to the occurrence of an event of absolute necessity.

Regarding products purchased to meet the business needs, L'Atelier du Moulin incur no liability for any damages because of this, business interruption, loss of profit, damage or expense that might arise.

Withdrawal
To process your request, thank you to remember your order number and your full contact details.

Pursuant to Article L.121-20 et seq of the Code of Consumption, you have a period of 7 days (unless a longer period is specified in the product) from the date of delivery your order to return any item does not suit you, in its original packaging and in good condition, at its own marketing and re request an exchange or refund without penalty, except for return postage.

For hygiene reasons, the return of some of our products will be not accepted if the packaging has been unsealed, open, torn, marked.
